1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or accessing any applications created by HT Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not install or use our software.
2. License Grant
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications on Apple-branded products that you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Some HT Labs applications offer premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time lifetime unlocks:
- Billing: Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iPhone or iPad account settings.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, designs, UI interfaces, illustrations, and proprietary code contained within HT Labs applications and on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of HT Labs. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. HT Labs makes no warranty that our services will meet your specific requirements or operate uninterrupted.
